• 01 Initial Enquiry +
  Fill in the contact form or email me directly. Tell me roughly what you need — even a vague brief is fine to start. I'll get back to you within 24 hours. I'm not taking on huge numbers of projects at once, so if your dates work, we can usually move quickly.
• 02 Consultation +
  A quick call to talk through what you need, where, and when. We'll cover the logistics, the look you're after, and the budget. No obligation — if it's not the right fit for either of us, that's fine too.
• 03 Proposal & Booking +
  I'll send over a short proposal with the scope, what's included, the timeline, and the price. A deposit secures the date. The paperwork is straightforward — a one-page agreement in plain language.
• 04 The Shoot +
  I show up on time, get on with it, and don't make the day about me. For events I stay until it's done. For portraits and commercial work I'll flag if something isn't working so we can adjust on the spot.
• 05 Delivery +
  Edited photos delivered via a private online gallery, usually within 2–3 weeks. You get everything in full resolution with a print licence. Sport and editorial jobs can be turned around in 48 hours if needed.
